My work spans creating and maintaining comprehensive SDK and API documentation, user guides, and online help for enterprise software and cloud platforms. I excel at collaborating with developers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to produce clear, accurate, and user-friendly technical documentation.
My achievements include establishing best practices for documentation processes, developing new templates and standards, and implementing content management systems such as Tridion Docs, Oxygen, and Confluence to streamline publication and ensure consistency across deliverables.
Recently, I have brought my technical communication skills to the healthcare space as the founder of Ready Elder Care, where I am developing an all-in-one SaaS platform to support families, caregivers, and healthcare providers. 2024 - Present
I build AI products that consolidate scattered work into one place. Homebase Caregiver Manager came out of managing care for a loved one at home — rotating caregivers arrived with no context, so the same information got re-explained every week. Homebase captures it once: meals, vitals, sleep, activity. The next caregiver is oriented on arrival, and doctors and out-of-state family get a trend record instead of a reconstruction from memory. In daily production use. Noir AI Services applied the same instinct to my own tech stack. Eleven tools wasn't sustainable, so I built the Noir AI Business Center — a workspace with 100+ agents, a prompt library, and CRM that replaced six of them. AIToolipedia followed: a free directory of 900+ AI tools you can compare before you click.
2020 - 2025
Serve as a senior technical writer for the HPE GreenLake cloud platform. Responsibilities include delivering customer facing SDK and reference documentation, user guides, and online documentation. In-depth experience with developing quality content in markup languages and formats, including Markdown, YAML, JSON, and HTML, along with knowledge of DITA, XML, Content Management Systems
2019 - 2020
I collaborated with software developers to update and maintain internal training materials, department best practices, and revision control procedures. I converted Yahoo Small Business text-based APIs into an interactive API application with working examples, including comprehensive documentation for methods, samples, and error codes. Additionally, I planned and implemented a new Confluence repository to support Marketing, Business Development, Engineering, and Project Management teams.
2018 - 2019
As the senior technical writer for Samsung Wearables products, I created original content and updated existing material. Responsibilities include researching, planning, and documenting products and the associated Android and mobile security platform technologies. I have created whitepapers and release notes for app developers working with Samsung Knox SDK and RESTful web services, ensuring clear technical communication and comprehensive documentation for effective integration.
2016 - 2018
Owned end-to-end documentation for Reltio's cloud Master Data Management (MDM) platform, delivering systems documentation, user guides, API references, and training content across MDM services, RDM, and Account 360. Led all new product introduction documentation, including customer-facing presentations that supported successful launches. Built the XML/DITA template set in Oxygen, ran collaborative reviews in Confluence, and tracked delivery in Jira on a two-week Agile cadence, ensuring consistent, high-quality output on schedule.
2012 - 2015
Responsible for working with data center engineers in writing, creating, and designing customer-facing documentation using XML tools. Created User and CLI guides and online help content for the Cisco UCS software Manager and Cisco UCS B-Series hardware products. Created administrator, user, and reference guides and help systems for multiple cloud-based products. Created and expanded existing documentation and design projects in support of the WebEx SSO application.
